By placing an order on https://baileyillc.com/, you agree to the terms below—we ship U.S. domestic only with trusted carriers for reliable delivery.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays)
- Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 3:00 PM EST begin processing on the next business day
- Slight processing delays may occur during peak holiday seasons (Thanksgiving, Christmas) due to high order volume—we will notify you via email of any significant delays.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time (delivery estimates start when your order ships, not when it is placed).
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We use trusted U.S. domestic carriers for all shipments, with tracking included for every order. Estimated transit times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (for all U.S. locations) – our primary shipping method, ideal for everyday orders
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout for faster delivery) – priority processing and delivery, with premium tracking
Important Notes: Delivery times are estimates only (not guaranteed). We are not liable for delays caused by weather, carrier issues (sorting delays, staff shortages), rural/remote locations, or events beyond our reasonable control. Rural areas may experience an additional 1–2 business days of transit time.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item’s weight/size, delivery destination (U.S. zip code), and selected shipping method
- All shipping fees are clearly displayed before you complete payment—no surprise fees
- We may offer free Standard Shipping on qualifying orders (e.g., orders over a specified dollar amount) – details posted on the Site homepage and promotional emails (free shipping applies only to U.S. domestic Standard Shipping)
4. Shipping Address Accuracy
You are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout (including street number, apt/unit number, city, state, ZIP code, and valid phone number). We are not liable for:
- Delays, lost packages, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect/incomplete address information
- Returned packages due to invalid addresses
If a package is returned to us for an invalid address, you will be responsible for all reshipping fees to send the order to the correct address. Unclaimed returned packages (not corrected within 14 days) will be canceled, and a refund (minus original shipping costs) will be issued.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address—this email includes a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website for real-time delivery updates
- Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update in the carrier’s system (carriers need time to scan and process the package)

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your package:
- Check all secure locations (mailbox, porch, building lobby, apartment office) and with neighbors
- Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to file an inquiry
- Notify us at service@baileyillc.com within 7 calendar days of the “delivered” status (include your order number and details of your search)
We will assist with carrier investigations but are not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost/stolen, we will offer a replacement or refund (at our discretion) for claims filed within the 7-day window.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged (due to carrier handling, not handcrafted variations or improper packaging):
- Notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery via email (service@baileyillc.com)
- Provide clear photos of the damaged item, original packaging, and shipping label
- Do not discard the packaging or damaged item (carriers may require inspection for damage claims)
We will review your claim within 24–48 business hours and arrange a full refund, free replacement, or store credit (at your option) with no additional cost to you—including covering all shipping fees for a replacement item.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to the following locations at this time:
