  • Item is returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective materials intact
  • Valid order number and proof of delivery are provided
  • Minor handcrafted variations (color, texture, finish) are not defects and not eligible for return
 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 
The following items are not eligible for return or refund (no exceptions):
 
  • Final sale/clearance jewelry and holiday decor
  • Custom or personalized pieces (if applicable)
  • Items damaged by improper wear, care, storage, or handling

  • Items returned without original packaging

3. How to Initiate a Return (3 Simple Steps)

  2. Receive RA Number: We will review your request within 24–48 business hours and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return is eligible. No RA number = return not accepted.
  3. Ship the Item: Ship the eligible item to our Heath Springs address (RA number clearly marked on the package). You are responsible for all return shipping costs—we recommend using trackable shipping to ensure delivery.
 

4. Refund Processing

 
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item (and confirm it meets eligibility criteria), we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method and cover only the product purchase price (original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable).
